Booking Information

If a holiday does not attract sufficient bookings, we will have to cancel it as follows:
Continental tours: 8 weeks prior to departure.
UK and Channel Islands: 4 weeks prior to departure.

We will notify you immediately if a tour has to be cancelled and will refund any monies paid within 10 days.  We will offer a discount on any holiday you transfer your booking to before the monies are paid over to you.

Late bookings

We will do all we can to fulfil requirements of bookings made within 4 weeks of departure. This may incure a small surcharge.

Change of destination

If you want to change your holiday destination, this must be before the 8 week deadline, there will be a £40 charge to cover administration costs.

In accordance with E.G. Directive 90/314/EC alt passengers booking with Sanders Coaches Ltd are fully protected against the loss of all monies paid to us for the holiday (and repatriation if required) due to insolvency, by way of an Insurance Policy with Contractors Bonding Ltd of Tower 1, Shortland Centre, 51 Shortland Street, PO Box 3772, Auckland, New Zealand. The administrator of the scheme is Status Insurance Management Ltd, PO Box 2256, Billericay, Essex CM12 ODH, who is authorised and regulated by the Financial Services Authority. Contractors Bonding Ltd is a New Zealand registered insurance company and subject to the regulations and supervision of the Insurance and Superannuation Unit of the New Zealand Ministry of Economic Development.

Insurance

1. Passenger Protection Insurance. This guarantees the return of monies should any part of the tour fail, e.g. hotel goes into receivership.

Please note that only one medium sized suitcase is permitted per person.

This service is available on tours of five days duration or more.
