National Trust and Sanders Coaches celebrate first anniversary of Felbrigg Hall bus service

National Trust and Sanders Coaches are celebrating the first anniversary of our local bus service through the Felbrigg Hall grounds.

Operating on weekdays between Cromer and Sheringham, the fully accessible minibus provides a unique perspective of the grounds and stops right outside the hall by the car park information boards.

From the comfort of our ultra low emission minibus, a unique view of the hall and grounds is on offer.

It is the first time in many years that Felbrigg Hall has been accessible via public transport, offering a sustainable and greener way to see the estate. Ella Akinlade, General Manager of Felbrigg Hall, Gardens and Estate, said:

“Spotting the bus from my office window has become a comforting sight and an emblem of how we can continue to welcome many more people in a greener way to Felbrigg. We are grateful to Sanders Coaches and North Norfolk District Council who have enabled this service to happen, so that it can benefit those from surrounding villages as well as holidaymakers enjoying all that North Norfolk has to offer.”

The route also provides a lifeline bus service to rural villages around Felbrigg Hall including Aylmerton, Gresham and West Beckham.

Buses depart from Cromer at 09:50 and 13:38, returning from Felbrigg Hall at 13:22, 14:40 and 15:44. From Sheringham, buses depart at 09:15, 13:00 and 14:18, returning from Felbrigg Hall at 10:04 and 13:52.

When you arrive by bus to Felbrigg Hall, there is currently 20% off entry and 10% off in the cafe as part of the Good Journey scheme. Find out more here.
