It is with regret that we have to announce this increase in our fares from Sunday 5th 2012.

This will be the first increase since November 2010 and is entirely due to the ever increasing cost of fuel and the reduction by 20% in the Bus Service Operator Grant we currently receive.  The combined cost of these 2 factors is in excess of £4000,000.

Increases will be a minimum of 10% across the whole network

We still believe we offer extremely good value for money and trust that whilst we accept any increase is difficult at this time you understand the severe rise in costs we are facing leaves us with no alternatiive if we wish to stay in business.

There is a press release in the paper stating the cuts to be made by the County Council in funding to bus operators including ourselves. Do not worry at this time these cuts are for the next financial year. We will be looking at ways in which we can work with County to ensure we maintain services wherever possible. After this exercise is complete we will give at least 2 months notice of any services that will have journeys either modified or withdrawn.

At this time no services will be changing.
