
Cornwall is often described as the garden capital of the world and is a
gardener's delight and also with the dramatic coastline and pretty towns, this tour has
something for everyone and is a perfect opportunity to explore this wonderful county.
The Hotel
The Bay Hotel is situated alongside the world famous Fistral Beach and benefits from
astounding Atlantic views from the restaurant, lounge areas and many of the bedrooms. The
hotel has a luxury Spa which is great for relaxing in after a day's sightseeing. All
bedrooms are ensuite with tea/coffee making facilities.
Itinerary
SUNDAY You will be picked up from your home and after joining the coach
we will make our way to Newquay having comfort stops along the way.
MONDAY We have a visit today to Penzance then onto Lands End for a short
stop; we will then make our way back to Newquay along the beautiful and dramatic North
Coast.
TUESDAY This morning we will head further along the North Coat to
delightful Padstow passing the Bedrutthen steps. After lunch we will travel to the pretty
town of Boscastle which has an unspoilt harbour village and is designated an Area of
Outstanding beauty.
WEDNESDAY Today we visit the "Eden Project", an unforgettable
experience. One of its giant conservatories is a majestic rain forest cathedral, the
others hold equa wonders to explore. There are also lovely landscaped gardens to enjoy.
THURSDAY A free day, today, to explore the area of Newquay.
FRIDAY An interesting and lovely visit to the Lost Gardens of
Heligan with an included guided tour.
SATURDAY After breakfast we begin our journey home but stopping on the
way for lunch.
